Mayor Patrick Brown of Brampton Canada was presided with first Honorary Doctorate Degree from Royal American University

This ceremony was awarding the Honorary Certificate and Community services , Gold Medals including Multilingual poetic session by HERA Foundation New York and Kishwer Tony Peace Foundation Canada.

Dr. Tony (Chairman-HERA Foundation), Dr.Shahina(Chairman-Kishwer Tony Peace Foundation Canada) Prof Saira (Social Communist with various other business leader lady from Vancouver).
